Betty  Lou Ridgeway passed away on March 12, 2023. Betty attended St. Peter's Grade School and graduated from St. Francis Desales High School. She was also a proud graduate of Dayton University. Her devotion to Christ and her Catholic Faith led her to Stella Niagara where Betty became a Franciscan nun. She was a member of different parishes including Our Lady of Victory, St Christopher and St Joseph in Plain City. She loved children and teaching children. She was the principal at Trinity School in Grandview. Betty also did counseling as well. Betty never met a stranger and loved everyone. Her love for Neil Diamond and his music was unmatched. She survived by her brother George (Bridget)as well as many nieces and nephews, family and friends. She will be deeply missed by everyone. We will gather to celebrate with Fr. Joseph Trapp  Wednesday March 15th from 7-9 p.m. at St Joseph Church in Plain City Ohio Funeral service will be Thursday  March 16th at noon also at St Joseph Church. She will be laid to rest at Saint Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio. Donations in Betty's name can be made to St Joseph Church in Plain City Ohio.
