<p>Leo Gerard Neault of Biddeford, Maine, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023. He went quickly residing at St Elizabeth Nursing home where he struggled with Dementia for the past year. </p><p><br></p><p>The second youngest of 6 children, he outlived his family by age. Born to Jeffrey and Emelda, his siblings were Marcel, Theresa, Renald, Maurice and Robert. </p><p><br></p><p>Preceded in death by the love of his life the late Shirley Ann Kossman of Elkridge, mother to William Jeffrey, the late Gerard Thomas, and John Edward. Grandsons Billy and Ricky. Many nieces and nephews, including the two closest, Tom Vandermulen of Canada and Nancy Watson of Biddeford Maine.</p><p><br></p><p>Leo ventured to the big city of Washington DC in his early twenties where he began working with the Federal government. He often shared meeting President Truman while walking to work. </p><p><br></p><p>Leo and Shirley met at their best friend's wedding, Leo was the best man and Shirley the Maid of honor.</p><p><br></p><p>Leo worked two jobs to provide for the family. He may be best known as a Manager of the Westview Cinemas and the Elkridge Drive In. A kind and fair man, he was the epitome of the true Family Man.</p><p><br></p>

Mr. Leo was a kind and gentle soul that my mom, Sylvia Fauver, and my family have had the privilege to know for the past 12 years. We came to know him very well as he and my mom were neighbors for most of that time, until his move to St. Elizabeth's.
