Noreen (Altier) Price, 76, of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 8, 2023, in St Francis Hospital. Born in Charleroi, PA, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Jean Altier.

Noreen is survived by son, Kenneth Price Jr.; daughter, Michelle Price Judge and her husband, Michael; and grandson, Nathan Judge.

Noreen was a beautiful light in this world and a kind, inclusive soul who touched many lives. She had a way of providing shelter during times of need through her sense of knowing. A warm, soft light providing a path out of darkness. Noreen knew no pretense or greed and was a woman of great faith. As a poet, Noreen illuminated her faith and her appreciation of life’s precious moments.

“Flowers are such a gift

Beauty and blessings of scents to behold

Dressed in an array of colors

Children pick them without being told

The life of a flower has no length

So, enjoy the flowers while they last

Before they must be cast”

Noreen was a rare and majestic flower who will be dearly missed. The family finds great comfort in knowing that Noreen knew Jesus and was joyfully awaiting eternal life.
