Hudson T. Bedell

<p>Hudson T. Bedell, 102, of Syracuse, went to be with the Lord on March 12, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.</p><p><br></p><p>After graduating from Onondaga Valley Academy, Hudson served in the U.S. Army during WWII and received the Bronze Star, and the Purple Heart for his valiant service. He worked as a Mason for many years, and was married to Janis (Thompson) for nearly 70 years, until her passing in 2014. </p><p><br></p><p>Hudson is survived by: his children, Bruce (Robin) Bedell, Linda Livingston, and Pam Taylor; as well as seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>Private burial will be held at a later date. I was so sorry to read of your loss. I never knew Hudson, but heard much about him during the years I taught with his wife and his daughters.
