Elroy Kunane Roberts, 80, of Springville passed away March 12, 2023. Elroy was born on January 31, 1943 to Earnest Roberts and Lillie Kaialii Bailey. Elroy married his one true love Kara Lee Clements in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 6, 1963. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple.

Elroy was a lineman for the telephone company for 38 years until retirement. He enjoyed water sports, water skiing, boating, rafting and jumping off the cliffs at Lake Powell. He loved football, the 49’ers and John Wayne movies. Elroy was a proud Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

Elroy is survived by his loving wife Kara Lee, three children: Kory (husband Duane Moore); Elorie (husband Mike Gregg); Tara (husband Robert Jensen); five Grandchildren: Torie, Liam, Tyler and Lili; Great Grandchildren Kaislee and Oliver; Siblings Gail Roberts and Joyce Weiscopf of Honolulu and Charles Roberts of Hilo, Hawaii. He is preceded in death by his Grandson, Nevyn Kew.

 A viewing will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023, from 3:00-6:00 pm at Wheeler Mortuary 211 East 200 South in Springville.
