<p>Peacefully entered into rest at the Wellington House Retirement Home in Prescott on Friday March 10th, 2023. Bryce Acres of Prescott and formerly of Spencerville aged 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis (Coughler) Acres. Loving father of Larry Acres (Linda) of Spencerville. Cherished grandfather of Jasmine (Riley) and Alyssa. Dear brother of Marlene Hunter (John) and Ralph Acres; in-laws Lila Bronzeski (Edward), Bonnie Davidson (John), Patricia Powers (Bob), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Bryce is predeceased by his parents Clifford and Evelyn (Fisher) Acres, 3 siblings, and 5 in-laws.</p><p><br></p><p>A Graveside Service will be held on Friday June 30, 2023 in Spencerville Union Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow interment at the Nation Masonic Lodge #556. In memory of Bryce, donations to the Wellington House in Prescott would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville.
