Willie Carson Donohoe

<p>Dub Donohoe, 90 years young, began resting from his labors on March 12, 2023. Mr. Donohoe was born March 17, 1932, in Aylesworth, Oklahoma, to C.S. and Willie Mae (Cauthan) Donohoe. Dub retired as a diesel mechanic and moved to the Winnsboro community 22 years ago and became a member of Pine Street Baptist Church. He loved yearly trips to Branson, Mo. with family to catch the performances of country artists, eating a belly full of fried catfish, and going to more than 20 Willie Nelson concerts. Dub was preceded in death by his parents C.S. and Willie Mae Donohoe; wife of 56 years Dolores (Templeman) Donohoe in 2012; son Rickey Lee Donohoe; brothers Marlin, Garlin, and Ellis and sister Runell Mosley. Mr. Donohoe is survived by his brother Dale Donohoe and his wife Inell; sisters Margaret Groves, Madaline Capehart and husband Billy, and Lana Rencher and her husband Jimmy; niece (like a daughter to him) Lisa Wren and her significant other Charles "Bubba" Shearin; and a host of numerous nieces and nephews. The family will have a visitation Saturday, March 18th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro and funeral following beginning at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Charles Ethridge officiating the funeral and Bro. Charles Tapley the graveside at Lee Cemetery.</p>

Some of the best memories in my life especially childhood with Uncle Dub, aunt winky and cousin Ricky.
My favorite vacation in my life when I was 8 years old and went to old river New Mexico with dub, winky and rickey.
