<p>Rose Marie Fraser, 88, of Newman passed away at 6:48 p.m. (March 12, 2023) at Newman Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. </p><p>Rose was born on January 27, 1935 to Louis Curtis Hart and Grace David Hart.&nbsp; She married LaVerne H. Fraser on May 29, 1954 at the Newman First Christian Church. </p><p>She is survived by her husband, LaVerne Fraser; 4 children, Anna Bauer, Mark (Susan) Fraser, Dawn Fraser (Russell Mott) and Eric (Tiny) Fraser; 11 grandchildren, Michael Gordon, James (Michele) Minott, Laura (Eric) Shuster, Rachelle Klopfenstein, Debra Minott (Tally Bauer), Stacey (Michael) Means, Jacob (Crystal) Hall, Sarah Denk, Darryl (Niki) Hall, Joshua Fraser, and Heather (Alex) Walker; 26 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. </p><p>She was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Anna Jane Cornwell, James Hart, Donald Hart, and Curtis (Bud) Hart; one infant son, Darryl; and one granddaughter, Amy Gordon. </p><p>Rose was a member of the Christian Church in Newman.&nbsp; She enjoyed her church family and was very active in women’s auxiliary group.&nbsp; Above all, she loved taking care of her family.&nbsp; She was always there to give love and support.&nbsp; She is finally at peace following her 10-year battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.&nbsp; A special thank you to Newman Rehab and Health Care Center and Transitions Hospice for taking such good care of Rose in her final days. </p><p>Donations can be made to the First Christian Church in Newman or Newman American Legion.&nbsp; Arrangements are incomplete at this time. </p>
