He passed away on December 10, 2020 in Omaha, Nebraska.Ricky is survived and will be missed by his loving wife of 28 years, Marlene Starks; parents, Curtis and Kay Starks; brother, Norman (Marcina) Starks; stepdaughter, Shawnna Hilmer; step-mother Lois Olsen, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.Private family services with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
