Rosie L. Turnerhill, age 90, of Jeffersonville, IN, formerly of Omaha, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022, at her home. Rose Turnerhill was born to the late George and Nevada Robinson in Plummerville, Arkansas on May 15, 1932. Rosie graduated high school in 1951 and shortly afterwards moved to Omaha, Ne. where she met and married Amos Turnerhill. Rosie was baptized at an early age and belonged to the Church of Christ in Omaha where Brother James Tinsley was the minister until his retirement. Rosie worked with many companies but her longest and most cherished position was with the Noggs who she remained loyal too until her retirement. In 2010 Rosie moved to Atlanta with her granddaughter Candis and her family whom she cherished dearly. Her grandkids and great grandkids meant the world to her. Rosie moved to Indiana in 2016 to live with her only child Brenda and son in law JC where she enjoyed life until God called her home. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Nevada Robinson, Husband Amos Turnerhill a sister and 5 brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories is her daughter Brenda ( JC ) Estes of Jeffersonville, IN. Granddaughter Candis (Leroy) of Atlanta, Grandsons Joe Jr (Kasey) and Travis (Jessie) both Jeffersonville, IN. Great grandkids Tre, Amir, Amari (Candis)- Aija and Balin (Joe Jr) and Tripp, Journey (Travis). Two sisters Bobbi Byers and Wanda Canady and One brother Norman Robinson. Host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to funeral service beginning at 1PM on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2PM, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
