Dorothy Jean Dorsey was born February 17, 1927 in Ohio and passed away on August 20, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska. Left to cherish her memory are her son; Dale (Stephanie) Dorsey; grandchildren: Randy (Kerri) Dorsey, Kari (Gregg) Pfeifer, Emma, Keegan; great-grandchildren: Blaine, Delaney, Carleigh, Maisy and Max. She is preceded in death by her husband: Ronald Lee Dorsey as well as her brothers and sisters. Dorothy loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow, she was known for her caring disposition. She was passionate about serving with a degree as a licensed practical nurse. And through her advocacy and encouraging a young man to his freedom. Dorothy was an avid gardener, known as having ten green thumbs. She saved seeds each year to be planted the following year and is now gardening for God. She will be missed dearly by her family.
