VISITATION from 10:00am to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for a later designation.

I worked with Jan and she was more than just a coworker. I loved her wittyness and will truly miss her. The clinic will not be the same without her.

I knew Jan for as long as I can remember. She was the nicest, funniest and most caring person I ever met. We did a lot with her and we are going to miss her tremendously. My thoughts go out to her family.
