DeAna Rene Lewis, daughter of Louis L. Booker III and YaVon Michelle Lewis, was born on September 12, 1985 in Omaha, Nebraska. She passed away on September 2, 2020 in Omaha. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., Monday, September 7, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Services will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Forest Lawn. Burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery. The funeral service will be live streamed for those unable to attend. At approximately 9:30 A.M., Tuesday, September 8 a link will be posted on this page (below).
