L.V. Williams, age 92, the son of Jule and Blommie (Bledsoe) Williams, was born May 25, 1925 in Covington, Tennessee. He passed away June 19, 2017 in Omaha, Nebraska.L.V. is survived by wife, Marzetta "Lorene" Wright-Williams; daughter, Doris (Thommie) Allen; sons, Theauthor D. Payne, Dale M. (Arnetta) Payne, Curtis A. (Vickie) Payne; grandchildren, Brandon, Priest, Emmet, Noel, Charlie, Lonnel, Maurice, Stasia, Dale, Jean; brother, Warren Williams; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by parents, Jule and Blommie Williams; siblings, Hattie, Francis, Robert, Rob, Thurman and Cora.Visitation 12-1pm Friday at Morning Star Baptist Church. FUNERAL SERVICE 1pm, Friday at Morning Star Baptist Church (2019 Burdette St.). Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
