He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Mary (Maloney) Hoesing; brother Dr. John Hoesing; sister Lori Hawkins. Survived by his wife Debra; sons Jason Richmond, Kelly Hoesing, Sean Hoesing; brother Richard (Jean) Hoesing; sister Rosemary McKay; nieces and nephews. VISITATION Friday, February 17, 2017 from 5-7pm. FUNERAL SERVICE Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 1pm all at the funeral home. Memorials to the family for a later designation.
