Elvira M. Howard, daughter of Julius Howard and Mary Copeland, was born on December 26, 1965 in Omaha, NE. She passed on June 18, 2019 in Omaha. She is preceded in death by her father, Julius Howard, paternal grandmother and namesake, Elvira, and maternal grandmother Estella Patterson. She is survived by mother, Mary Copeland; sons: Cameron Cox (Ebony) and Brandon Cox; grandchildren: Cameron and Caiden Cox; sisters: Cynithia Reed, Belinda Ross, Ronita J. Bowser (Chris Bowser), Candace Howard; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was courageous, loving, beautiful and will be missed by many.
