<p>Francine Alice Patriarca, of East Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Hope Hospice &amp; Palliative Care. She was the beloved wife of Rocco Patriarca.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Providence, RI she was a daughter of the late Joshua Hicks and Marion (Mosher) Pompeii. Francine was a phlebotomist and worked for the R.I Blood Bank, Fatima Hospital, and their satellite labs until she retired. She enjoyed spending winters in Fort Meyer’s with her husband for the last 15 years. She was a loving wife, mother who loved her family and friends.</p><p>Besides her loving husband, she leaves a son, Rocco Patriarca, Jr., and many nieces and nephews as well as extended family. She was the sister of the late, Betty Lou Cabral, Thomas Hicks, James Hicks, and Richard Hicks.</p><p><br></p><p>Her Funeral and Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023, from 5-8 P.M. with a service to follow at 8 P.M. in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, RI. Burial will be private.</p><p>In Lieu of flowers donations to, The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741 or The Hope Hospice &amp; Palliative Care, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.</p><p><br></p>

Francine Alice Patriarca, of East Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Hope Hospice & Palliative Care. She was the beloved wife of Rocco Patriarca.


Born in Providence, RI she was a daughter of the late Joshua Hicks and Marion (Mosher) Pompeii.
