Glennville,

Mr. Carl D. Clark, age 76, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Landmark Hospital in Savannah.  He was born in Miami, Florida on May 25, 1946 to Carl Dexter and Virginia Faye Enyart Clark.  He had lived in Hialeah, Florida for many years before moving to Glennville in 1986.  Mr. Carl was a United States Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam and had retired from the City of Hialeah.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting knives, guns and cars.  He was of the Baptist Faith and is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carolyn Diane Almack.

Mr. Clark his survived by his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Brenda Clark of Glennville; children, Carlene (Rob) Fravel and Carl (Melody) Clark all of Glennville; sister-in-law, Dell Ann (Walter) Harvey and their son Adam Harvey; grandchildren, Carlee, Seth, Zach, Aiden, Darric, Rey and D.A.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 beginning at 10:00am with the funeral services to follow at 11:00am from the Chapel of the Glennville Funeral Home with Reverend John Nunes officiating.  Interment will follow in the Glennville City Cemetery.

The grandsons will serve as the pallbearers.
