<p>Thomas Jefferson Jackson Patterson, or Pat as he was lovingly known, 93, of Macon, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, March 11, 2023. The family will have a time of visitation on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at FairHaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services to honor his life will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of FairHaven Funeral Home. Immediately following, Mr. Patterson will be laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with full military honors.</p><p>Pat was born on June 1, 1929 in Augusta, Kansas to the late Andrew and Winnie Patterson. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force for 24 years before retiring from Robins Air Force Base as a Master Sergeant. Pat had a love for bowling that lasted over 70 years; he ran Macon Bowling for 20 years and was a lifetime member of Macon Bowling Association. He was also the owner of Thomas J Patterson Locksmith of Macon, and retired at the age of 86. In his free time he loved singing at local clubs on karaoke nights and at opry’s. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and never met a stranger. He loved people and had a joke for everyone. He will truly be singing in heaven.</p><p>Pat was preceded in death by his parents as well as his two children; Jackie Getrum and Pat Junior Patterson. </p><p>Pat is survived by his loving wife of 73 years. Ruby Patterson, his son; Joe &amp; Vickie Patterson. Grandchildren; Ron &amp; Wendy Posadas, Richard &amp; Erika Getrum, Jeremy &amp; Samantha Patterson, Trish &amp; Kevin Wiggins, Travis Patterson, Blake Patterson. Daughter in law, Debbie Patterson. 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.</p><p>The family will like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Hospice Care Options and especially Megan Kelly for the care, compassion, and true love they showed Pat and his entire family throughout the last months.
