Matthew J. Robinson, 43, of Wall, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in High Wycombe, England he resided in Bristol, England and moved to Point Pleasant in 1994, living there until moving to Wall in 2018.

Matt was a graduate of Point Pleasant Borough High School, The College of New Jersey, Ewing, and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark. He worked as a civil engineer and founded his own company, as well as was an adjunct professor at TCNJ.

Above all Matt was truly devoted to his family. He was an avid Formula 1 Racing Fan and enjoyed soccer, traveling, fishing, boating, and going to the beach.

Matt is survived by his beloved wife, Amy Evertz Robinson; three sons, Callen, Boden, and Owen; and his parents, John and Ann Robinson. He is also survived by his sister, Threcia Robinson; mother-in-law, Phyllis Evertz; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Devon Evertz; niece, Kira; nephew, John; numerous cousins and their families; and dog, Ella.

A memorial visitation will be from 3 – 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 15 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, where at 5 p.m. a service will be held.
