MILDRED "MILLIE" MOGUS

Age 98 of Mt. Lebanon, on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Beloved Aunt of Joseph T. Mogus, Jr and Niece Kimberly Imler. Great Aunt of Jillian Imler (fiancé Luke Aitken) and Great Great Nephew Liam Aitken. Sister of the late Joseph Mogus, Barbara Meyer and Thomas Mogus. Millie’s career included dedicated receptionist and administrative assistant, living in Pittsburgh’s North Side and Spring Hill Neighborhoods, and actively attending St. Nicholas Church, formerly on East Ohio Street. 

For nearly the last ten years Millie enjoyed a very social life at Brookdale Mt Lebanon Senior Living Community, exercising daily, attending Mass and health related lectures, and playing (and winning) at Bingo. Millie was described by her many friends at Brookdale as dignified, intelligent, caring, soft spoken with a strong commitment to treat others with kindness and respect. The family would like to thank the personal care staff at Brookdale and Gallagher Hospice for their kindness and loving attention for Millie’s brief and essential end of life care.  Friends welcome on Wednesday, March 15 at 10:00 AM, for visiting one hour prior to Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, in St. Nicholas Church of Croatian Heritage, Millvale, 24 Maryland Street, Pittsburgh PA  15209. Please post condolences on Millie’s tribute wall at www.stephensmemorialfh.com.
