Don was a mechanic by trade and worked many years for A.E. Fowles (Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealer) and a heavy duty mechanic and foreman at CNR Halifax Intermodal. Don was also a founding member and served many years with the District 7 Volunteer Fire Department (Black Point). Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you.

If you can only remember me with tears, then don’t remember me at all.
