<p>Evelyn Jones Stickle, 78, of Center, Texas, passed away on February 21, 2023, in Tyler, Texas, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on October 17, 1944, in Clarksville, Texas, to the late Cecil O. Jones and Mae Dunlap Jones.&nbsp; </p><p>Evelyn was raised in Perryton, Texas. She met the love of her life, Dorn Stickle, in Perryton and the two were joined by marriage on November 16, 1967.&nbsp; They had two children, Samyul and David whom she loved dearly. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She loved the outdoors especially fishing. Evelyn loved the Lord and was of Pentecostal faith. </p><p>She is survived by her loving husband, Dorn Stickle; sons, Samyul Stickle and wife Danna, David Stickle; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends that will miss her dearly. </p><p>Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Mae Jones. </p>

Mrs Stickle was always a lady and a very sweet person. How she put up with Dorn is beyond me. Haha I’m so sorry for all the family.
