<p>Denise Jeanne Parenteau passed away peacefully at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the age of 86 years. Denise is survived by her children: Anita (Delmer) Dutka of Saskatoon, SK, Melvin (Bev) of Wakaw, SK, Gerald “Jake” of Saskatoon, SK, Angela (Vince Hourie) Yakimchuk of Saskatoon, SK and Carol Parenteau of Kelowna, B.C.; 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, her siblings: Yvette (Tom) Watts, Vernon (Lena) Regnier, Roland Regnier and Arnold (Nelda) Regnier; her sister-in-law Frances Regnier, as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Denise was predeceased by her parents Raoul and Antoinette (Bremner) Regnier, her husband Hubert in 2008, her brothers Leonard Regnier and Eugene Regnier and her sister Phyllis in infancy. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Wakaw, SK on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Phong Tran as celebrant. Cremation will follow with Interment of the Urn to take place at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
