Darrell “Possum” Loranzan, age 56, died on Thursday, February 2, 2023 in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on September 4, 1966 in Greenville, Ohio, son of the late Les and Florence “Jean” (Ratcliff) Loranzan, Sr. He attended Tri-County North High School. Retired from Construction which included just about everything and was a great handyman.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert “Bobby” Loranzan in 2008, and Les “Butch” Loranzan, Jr. in 2017; niece, Haylee Angel Ann Waddle in 2022.

He is survived by his sons, Jacob (Taylor) Loranzan and Derek (Cassandra) Stewart; grandsons, Clayton and Wyatt; siblings, Carol (Don) Mox, Janice (Arch) Cornett, Joyce (Mark) Northern, Danny (Sheila) Loranzan, Alice (Greg) Loranzan and Vanessa (Tim) Vernon; numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, February 25, 2023 at The Garden Church, 1950 US 35 East, Eaton, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the church on Saturday. Please send flowers to the church on Saturday at noon.
