<p>Mrs. Brenda Joyce Braswell, 60, passed away Friday (February 3, 2023) at her residence in Waycross following an extended illness.</p><p><br></p><p>She was born in Jacksonville, FL to the late Doyle Carlton Rogers, Sr. and Linda Kelley Bussell. She was formerly employed with Carter’s Catering and was a member of New River Baptist Church in Tifton, GA. Although she didn’t love the sight of a real frog, she enjoyed collecting anything with frogs and sharing them with friends and family.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her step-father, Robert Franklin Bussell.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her husband, Billy Braswell of Waycross; her son, Terry Scott Rowland (Lucy) of Tifton; a granddaughter, Haley Elaine Rowland of Blackshear; four siblings, Jeff Rogers (Maureen) of Chesapeake, VA, Doyle Rogers (Crystal) of Tifton, GA, Roy Rogers, of Tifton, GA, and Teresa Morrison of Tifton, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (February 7, 2023) at the Music Funeral Home Chapel.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>Obituary
