He was a mechanic for UPS for 35 years and he was a veteran of the United States Army.</p><p><br></p><p>There will be no public service but a visitation will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00 P. M.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife, Eula Buse Joyner Capps of Guntown; son, Kevin Capps of Nashville; step-sons, Jimmy Ray Joyner and Steven Ray Joyner; sister, Jenny Cantler of Ashland, TN; host of other family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his father, Searcy Capps.</p><p><br></p><p>Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family @www.watersfuneralservice.com</p><p><br></p>Obituary
