Robert E. Brodrick
<p>CLINTON: Robert E. “Bob” Brodrick, 85, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester. </p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his brother, Edward R. Brodrick of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, George J. Brodrick. </p><p><br></p><p>Bob was born in Clinton, son of the late George J. and Esther I. (Ruane) Brodrick and was a proud Clintonian. He graduated from Clinton High School, Class of 1955. He also graduated from Lowell Technical Institute. </p><p><br></p><p>Bob worked as a civil engineer for many years for the State of Massachusetts. He served in the Massachusetts National Guard and belonged to the Clinton Polish-American Veterans. Bob was an avid New England sports fan especially of the New England Patriots. He also enjoyed golfing. Bob was a parishioner of St. John, Guardian of Our Lady Parish. </p><p><br></p><p>A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, January 30, 2023, in Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton. A Calling Hour will be held Monday morning from 9:30am to 11am, prior to the funeral service. Burial will be held at St. John’s Cemetery in Lancaster.
