BILLY JOE REED

<p>Billy Joe Reed USAF, 75; longtime Dayton resident, Sherrill Tractor business owner and member of The Sale Creek Church of God, passed away at his home Tuesday, January 24, 2023. </p><p>He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandkids.&nbsp; After he sold Sherrill Tractor, he sold cars and was excellent at it.&nbsp; His customers were happy and returned to continue purchasing cars from him.&nbsp; </p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford &amp; Agnes Reed of Spring City, Tennessee. </p><p>Bill is survived by his wife of 56 years Paula Reed; children; Chris (Jennifer) Reed, Tim (Shelby) Reed, Rebecca “Reed” Molina, grandchildren; Mekenzee (Phillip) Pass, Emma Grace Reed, Faith Reed, Lilly Mae Reed, Ryker Reed, and River Molina; great grandchild; Wren Pass.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>Funeral service will be held at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Terry Bolten officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;A private burial will follow at Spring City Memorial Gardens. &nbsp;The family will receive friends Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until the start of the service. </p>

I have known Joe all my life. Was one of the best Christian men I have known. He not only talked the talk but walked the walk. Rest in peace. He is now resting in the arms of the angels.
