Susan Alene Matthews Wright, 55, of Anderson, SC, went to her heavenly home on Monday, January 23, 2023.

Born July 7, 1967, in Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles H.Matthews, Jr. and the late Bessie C. Matthews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James R. "Jimbo" Matthews & Charles Matthews, III as well as her daughter-in-law, Jessica Bey.

She is survived by her children, Shawn Bey, Niki Snow-Rozier (Anthony), Allen Wright, Jr. (Chatsidy) & Olivia Fowler, her grandchildren, Kennedy, Callie, Benson & Haylyn, her brother, Jack Matthews and sister, Joy Hogue (Dennis). She is also survived by her longtime love, Ronnie Mattison.

The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 pm on February 5, 2023, at. 1726 Refuge Road, Pendleton, SC.
