Catherine Cecilia Kemp (Ti) of Washington D.C. passed away peacefully on January 20, 2023. She is survived by her sister Margaret Brooks, brother James Kemp, 25 nieces and nephews and many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers Reverend Patrick, Francis, Joseph, William, nephew Michael and also by her special friend Frank Staudt.

 A funeral mass will be held at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, 26 Grant Circle NW Washington D.C. on January 31,2023. Visitation will be held at 11AM followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon and interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
