<p>Philomena O’Laughlin (nee McNicholas), beloved wife of the late Michael O’Loughlin, loving mother of Pauline (John) DeGrazia, Mary Ellen (John) Lally, Joan (Terry) O’Rourke, Michael (Sarah) and Kevin (Laura); proud and cherished grandmother of Maura, Sean and Fiona DeGrazia; Rory, Maggie and Kevin Lally; Declan and Siobhan O’Rourke, Winifred and Niamh O’Laughlin. Fond sister of Pat (the late Kathleen) McNicholas, and reunited with siblings Mary (Larry) Jennings, Johnny (Mary) McNicholas, Ann (Larry) Butler, and Tom (Mary) McNicholas.&nbsp; Beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Born January 9th,1940 in Ara, Balla, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Welcomed by Tom Hughes on the south side of Chicago in the Spring of 1959. Long-time parishioner of St. Juliana Church in Edison Park, Chicago. Believer in the power of prayer, friendship, and family.&nbsp; Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Friday 3 to 8 pm. Funeral&nbsp;Saturday, 10:00 am at St. Juliana Church.
