Fred was a great man and a friend to anyone he met. I will truly miss our conversation that we had each time I visited Ace. What an amazing life you lived. I will miss my friend. I am so sorry for your loss.

My prayers and deepest sympathies to his family and friends. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but from knowing Ken and Martha, I think I must have missed someone very special. Fred sounds like a truly remarkable man.

Fred was one of those rare persons who had a twinkle in his eyes. I remember his service to Emerald Isle on the Planning Board and later when he moved to Cape Carteret his service there. He was a friendly, caring friend. He will be greatly missed.

RIP Fred. We shared many glasses of wine and talked about computers for hours, even though others found our conversations boring or not understandable. And you were always full of good advice, gently given. I will miss you.
