On January 8th, 2023, Sheila Ann Ashley devastatingly lost her life at the age of 49. Sheila was born In Henderson, Nevada on March 2, 1973. After losing her mother, Ramona Marie Ashley, in the year of 1985, she moved to Palmdale, California with her dad, William John Shead, older sister, Monique Felice Ashley, and younger sister, Alicia Marie Shead.

She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Enrique Merced Brown on June 19th, 1997 and was an amazing mother to him. She was also the most amazing aunt to her sister Alicia's three children, Karli, Tyler, and Tiffany, who grew up with their Auntie Sheila and her son. Her family had an immense amount of love for her, as being the amazing person she was, she made it easy to be loved.

Sheila lived out her adult life in Lancaster, where she was always nearby her family and made so many friends. Sheila was a respected nurse in our community at the Antelope Valley Hospital and was amazing at what she did. Once she left the hospital, she dedicated the last 5 years to her grandmother Carrie Ann Shead, as well as, her best buds, Moon, Duke, Cali Marie, & Flora.

Sheila Ashley will be sorely missed. She added a great deal of value to each of our lives and we will continue to honor her for that.
