Joseph G. Brancaccio Sr. 83 years of Brooksville, FL, formally Pinellas Park, FL, became absent from his body to be present with the lord on January 15, 2023 at 6:40pm. Joe was born on October 27, 1939 in Boston, MA. At 19 years old he married Doris Johnson of Quincy, MA and they were blessed with a very large family that was by his side for his remaining days on this earth.

 Joe was preceded in death by his parents Amelia and Vincenzo, 7 brothers and 4 sisters, daughter in law, Sonia Brancaccio and son in law, Jake “Junior” Bryant. 

Survived by his sister Anna Falzone and husband Sam of Pinellas Park, his wife Doris Brancaccio of 65 years and their 5 children, Vincent “Jim” Brancaccio, Catherine Mary Bryant, Frank Brancaccio, Jo-Ann Simmons (Robert), and Joseph Brancaccio Jr. (Debbie). Joe and Doris had 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Joe worked in the mortgage business in Hernando County for 30+ years. He was a magnificent singer and guitar player, playing in churches and events around Hernando County. Joe loved to work with his hands and be outside and he loved to save everything because he “might’ need it one day. Joe made friends everywhere he went and those friends became family. His circle was large and he held everybody he met tight.
