Joanne Ratcliffe, 77, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 28, 2017. She was born on August 21, 1939 in Indianapolis, IN to Carl and Elizabeth Ratcliffe. She was a member of American Business Women; previous winner of the Myra Jean Loux Memorial Award for Indiana Children and Served on the Board of Directors of Indiana Adoption and Child Care Services. Survivors include her loving sister, Dorothy Wilkerson; nieces and nephews, Joe (Margie), Vicki (Kent), Angie (Rick) and Chris (Wendy); great nephews, Jake, Josh, Landon and Carl. Visitation will be Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN with a funeral service to be conducted at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at St Joseph Cemetery.
