Geneva Ann Sexton, age74, passed away in the comfort of her home on January 5th, 2023.

She was a woman of loving character. A true lady with great love and respect of all who knew her. Her greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her family. 

She was more than a sister, mother, aunt, and nana; she was an angel on earth. Her soul was one of a kind, as was she. 

Geneva leaves behind her husband of 40 years, John Sexton, one son; Mark Grant, five grandchildren; Christopher Grant, Devon Grant, Mark Grant Jr., Kelsey Grant, Jayden Sexton, two sisters; Doris Berford, Judy Richard, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Wilma McEntyre, one sister; Evelyn Ross, first husband; Wayne Grant, and three sons; Robert (Bobby) Grant, Jonathan Sexton and Jeremy Sexton.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 1pm to 2pm at Maley Yarbrough Funeral Home chapel in Covington, TN, with services starting at 2pm.

The interment will take place at Bethuel Cemetery in Millington, TN.
