Laurie M. Benedetto Obituary

Laurie M. (Blask) Benedetto passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 29, 2022, surrounded by her loving family and friends at her residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 62. Mrs. Benedetto worked as a Contract Specialist for DLL in Wayne, PA. She enjoyed the gym, going to the casinos, swimming at the lake and gardening. Most of all, Laurie loved spending time with her son and granddaughter.


Born in Houston, Texas on May 11, 1960, she was a daughter of Edith (Peters) Blask and the late Jan L. Kugler. She was the wife of the late Steven T. Benedetto, who died in 2021. Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Steven Benedetto and his girlfriend, Christa; two grandchildren, Maria and Kenneth; two brothers, Alan Blask and Steve Blask; a sister, Kellie Tomaszewicz and her husband, Mark; her in-laws, Anna Marie and John J. Benedetto; and her dog, Bella Benedetto.


Relatives & friends are invited to Laurie’s viewing at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 9 to 10:40 am; Eulogy at 10:50 am; and her Prayer Service will start at 11:00 am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA. Livestreaming of her Eulogy and Funeral Mass will begin at 10:50 am, please click her tribute wall to watch.
