She was born September 28, 1932 in Proctorville, OH to the late Walter and Ruth (Bradley) Shafer. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Bragg; daughter, Karen (Danny) Wells; son in law, Bruce Curry; granddaughter, Leslie Akers and great grandson, Jacob Anders. She is survived by daughters, Loretta Akers and Melinda Curry; son, Raymond Bragg; grandchildren, Chasidy Stapleton, Shannon Stapleton, Britney Curry, Rodney Rymer, Misty (Luke Anders), Amy (Bryan) Balsimo, Aaron (Heather) Akers, Lacey Curry; great grandchildren, Haley, Alexis and Zoe Stapleton, Jadon and Curtis Bradenburg, Emma Lester, Nathan and Nicholas Adkins, Braxton Carter, Cierra and Gabe Akers, Ashley (Josh) Smith, Daniel and Natalie Anders, Brady (Morgan) Balsimo and Kara Balsimo, Kendall Curry, Bret Bledsoe; great great grandchildren, Tyler, Tristen, Trace, Tessa Smith, Jacob Anders Jr., Landen Anders; great great great grandchild, River Love. A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery.
