Elma L. Betz

<p>Elma L. (nee Louis) Betz passed away peacefully at her residence in King of Prussia, PA on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. She was 92. Elma was a member of Upper Merion Baptist Church in King of Prussia. She worked as a bookkeeper for many years. Elma was also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, volunteered at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and was a child sponsor for Children Incorporated.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 18, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Elma (Van Sciver) and John Louis. Surviving is her loving family including three daughters: Rebecca Betz, Melissa B. Cichowicz and her husband, David, and Jennifer Betz; three grandchildren: Frank Hutchinson and his wife, Lillian, Captain Douglas Cichowicz and his wife, Captain Amanda Cherry, and Corinne Cichowicz, Esq. and her partner, Tim Yarosh; a great-grandchild, Matthew Hutchinson; as well as many other loving family members.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to Elma’s viewing on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 10 to 10:50 am at the Bacchi Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will be at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA.
