Ruth Keech Mizuba, 70, of Keaau, Hawaii, passed away on November 9, 2022 at home. Born April 1, 1952, she was a retired State of Hawaii Judiciary Social Worker and Public Guardian Specialist. She was also a member of the Hilo Bay Dance Club, the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Big Island Beekeepers Association.

She is survived by mother, Elizabeth Christeson of Anderson, SC; brother, James Raymond (Rosemary) Keech of Huntington, MD; and sister, Kathryn Elizabeth Poole of Anderson, SC.
