John M. Rinker, 78, of Tiffin, passed away at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 9, 2022 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

John was born December 15, 1943, in Tiffin, to the late Grattan G. and Wilma E. (Lehman) Rinker.

Survivors include his son, Michael A. Rinker of Dresden, OH and a brother, Richard Rinker of Tiffin.

John retired as a Plant Manager at AllMetal Corporation and was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. John was a United States Army Veteran.

There will be a private graveside service held for John at Greenlawn cemetery. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fisher House Foundation or to the Seneca County Humane Society.
