Clarence "Denny" Edward Dineen Obituary

Clarence Edward Dineen known to many as "Denny" passed away peacefully May 25, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born July 31, 1923 in Westwood, California. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Pauline, parents, his sisters, brother, son Mike and daughter Karen. He is survived by his daughters, Diane Dineen, Sherry and son- in- law David DiBenedetto, his 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Denny served in the Navy during World War II, and worked at Campbell Soup for over 35 years. He loved to travel with his trailer club, spending time with family, Church of Latter Day Saints, and his favorite team the San Francisco Giants. Friends are welcome for a visitation on Sunday, June 4 from Noon – 5 pm at East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd. Funeral services will be on Monday, June 5 at 10 am, a viewing at 9 am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 8925 Vintage Park Drive, corner of Elk Grove Florin Rd, at 9AM viewing, service at 10AM burial will follow at East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park.
