<p>KINGSTON, N.H. – Maria dos Anjos Caetano, 84, died on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center surrounded by her family following a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late Joao Rego and daughter of the late Joao Caetano de Medeiros and Maria Olivia Espirito Santo.</p><p>She was born in Lagoa São, Miguel, Açores and came to this country in 1999.</p><p>Sra. Maria was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She enjoyed watching tv, knitting and making sweet bread, but most of all she enjoyed the time spent with her family especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.</p><p>Her family includes 1 daughter, Maria A. Tavares and husband Luis of Kingston, New Hampshire; 1 brother, Jose Augusto Medeiros of Plymouth; son-in-law, Jose Pereira; 5 grandchildren, Susete Frederick, Neuza Isidoro, Leslie Raposo, Aderio Pereira and Abagail Tavares; 7 great grandchildren, Mercedes Frederick, Alexis Frederick, Briana Frederick, Mia Raposo, Liam Isidoro, Max Isidoro and Hadley Pereira; and several nieces and nephews. Mother of the late Aldora Pereira and sister of the late Manuel Medeiros, João Medeiros, Otilia Medeiros, Isaura Barbosa and Ermelinda Barbosa.</p><p>Visiting hours Thursday evening, December 8, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00. Her funeral will be conducted on Friday morning, December 9, 2022, at 9:00 at the funeral home with a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:00.&nbsp; Interment in Rural Cemetery.</p><p>Funeral arrangements entrusted to AUBERTINE-LOPES FUNERAL HOME, 129 Allen Street. Expanded lighted parking area with handicap accessible entrance to rear of funeral home.</p><p><br></p>
