<p>Donald Eugene Seccia of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 88.</p><p>Donald is survived by his wife of 61 years Anna Seccia (nee Sorbola), his daughters Sue Ann</p><p>Seccia-Harnden (William Harnden) and Noreen Sinko (Patrick J. Sinko, PhD.), his grandchildren</p><p>Patrick D. Sinko, PhD. (Xiaomei Chen, PhD.), Kathryn Rollins, DVM (Michael Rollins), Katherine</p><p>Olson (nee Harnden) (Adam Olson, TSgt.) and Jessica Bagniewski (nee Harnden) (Mark</p><p>Bagniewski), his great grandchildren Patrick Yong Sinko, Anthony William Olson and Henry</p><p>Christian Bagniewski, his brother, David Arthur Seccia, and cousin George Robert Hammond</p><p>(Lois Hammond).</p><p>Donald was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 30, 1934 to Eugene and Margaret Seccia (nee</p><p>Hammond). His family subsequently moved to Ridgewood, NJ where he grew up and</p><p>eventually graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1952. Don was a graduate of Rutgers</p><p>College in 1956 with a degree in journalism and was a member and treasurer in the Pi Kappa</p><p>Alpha (PiKA) fraternity.</p><p>He then spent 2 years in the army as a correspondence clerk in Europe before starting his</p><p>career as a journalist with the Bergen Evening Record and eventually moved into the insurance</p><p>and reinsurance industries, where he was an Adjuster and then Claims Manager. He was a</p><p>long-time resident of Glen Rock, NJ, prior to moving to Cherry Hill in 1988.</p><p>Donald enjoyed all sports, especially baseball, softball, hockey, golf and football. He was an</p><p>avid reader, loved listening to music, doing crossword puzzles, gardening, and spent many</p><p>happy family vacations at the shore in Wildwood Crest, NJ. One of his fondest memories was</p><p>building Fourth of July parade floats with his daughters as part of a neighborhood group known</p><p>as the “Harding Road Gang.”</p><p>Donald will always be remembered for his bright smile, quick wit, and love of storytelling.</p><p>Family and friends are invited to the viewing 10:30-11:30am and to the Funeral Service at 11:30am on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, 601 NJ 73 South (at Evesham Rd.), Marlton, NJ.&nbsp; Burial will follow at Brigadier General Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><iframe width="512" src="https://www.tributeslides.com/videos/embedded_video/8H7CX2GC35WTYTNB" scrolling="no" height="330" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" allowfullscreen="true" class="ts_player"></iframe></p>

Donald Eugene Seccia of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 88.

Donald is survived by his wife of 61 years Anna Seccia (nee Sorbola), his daughters Sue Ann

Seccia-Harnden (William Harnden) and Noreen Sinko (Patrick J. Sinko, PhD.), his grandchildren
