Crissy Anne Geving

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Crissy Anne Geving, age 43, on November 13th, 2022 at the Hamilton General Hospital with family by her side. She is survived by her brother Dave (Erin) and only daughter Ashley Sanderson (Jeff) and some relatives across Canada. Crissy was born June 12th, 1979 in Thunder Bay, On. Crissy was predeceased by her parents Kathleen Geving and Terrance Geving, and brother Donnie Geving. Crissy worked as a PSW for a number of years where she loved helping her clients by making their day a little bit better, just as she tried with anyone who crossed her path. She had a passion for cooking and loved spending time with family and friends especially over the holidays. She was also a huge Motley Crue Fan. Crissy had a love for life which shone through her when you met her. Crissy will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Cremation has taken place and a service will be held at the Blake Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 9th, 2022 at 10am, with a small gathering after the service. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers donations made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or March of Dimes Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family. Gone but never forgotten.
