Edna Louise Hornbeck went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 1st, 2022 after a very short sudden illness. Edna was born to Ira T. & Bessie E. Jeffries on October 26, 1931. She accepted the Lord as her savior in June 1946, and was baptized in Cedar creek, and was a member of the Jerico Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Edna worked with the public most of her life, 1st as a cosmetologist and later for the Stockton School District for almost 20 years. Where she was a cook as well as a bus driver. She loved the children and loved being part of the community.

She married the love of her life, Dale Hornbeck on November 15, 1964. On April 1st 1974 Stacey Beth came to grace their home. They loved to travel and went on many adventures together. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She leaves behind a daughter Stacey and 3 Grandchildren. Taylor Kemna, Jordan Adams, and Hunter Adams. Along with several nieces and nephews and lots of great nieces and nephews.

Aunenna,(known to her nieces and nephews) Was like our second mother, her and uncle Dale provided many memories and lots of excitement to our childhood. We knew who to go to for any family history, and now wished we would have paid more attention. We will miss her dearly.
