<p>Judy Dell Copeland passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at her home in New Boston, Texas. She was 76.</p><p><br></p><p>Judy was born March 3, 1946 in Texarkana, Texas to Roy Vernon and Bertha Elizabeth Garrett Watson. She was retired from Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant.</p><p><br></p><p>She was preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Kennith E. Copeland.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law, Nova and Lester Smith of New Boston, Texas and Judy Whiteman and David Hebert of Brewer, Maine; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Brown of Hooks, Texas; three granddaughters, Lauryn Okai and her husband, Elijah of San Diego, California, Kasey Brown of Hooks, Texas, and Kim Brown of New Boston, Texas; two grandsons, Lester Smith, Jr. and his wife, Kimiya of De Kalb, Texas and Nic Rogers of Brewer, Maine; two special nieces, Rhonda Mauldin of New Boston, Texas and Rose Mauldin of New Boston, Texas; and numerous other relatives and friends.</p><p><br></p><p><p></p></p><p>Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas with Pastor Jonathan Moles officiating.</p>Obituary
