Rodney Whitaker age 33, of Hueysville KY, passed away Friday April 15, 2016 in Hueysville KY, Rodney was born in Prestonsburg KY, the son of Sherry Branham and the late Jimmy Darrell Whitaker. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Brandon Whitaker, his maternal grandparents, Chester and Dottie Neeley, and paternal grandparents, Edmond and Oma Whitaker. Rodney is survived by his companion Tasha Howard, Hueysville KY, one daughter: Cheyanna Lynn Whitaker, Martin KY. One Brother: Robert Jordan Shepherd, Sandy Hook, KY. One Step-Brother: Jason Branham, Sandy Hook KY. One Step-Sister: Angela Shepherd, David KY. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday April, 19 at 11 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Dolvin Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Neeley Family Cemetery, Hueysville KY. Visitation is form 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday and all day Monday till 10 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home.
