KimLang Thị Triệu, 97, passed away peacefully at her granddaughter's home surrounded by her entire family late Tuesday evening, November 29, 2022. She was preceded in death by her doting husband of 69 years, Côn Diệu Trương and their firstborn son, Hùng Trương.Born November 7, 1925 in Sóc Trăng, Việt Nam, KimLang is survived by 4 children. Bích-Ngọc Trương (Phong Trần), Bửu Trương (Đỉnh Bùi), Sơn Trương (Trúc Nguyễn) and Thảo Trương (Kenny Lưu). KimLang was also a beloved grandmother of 11 grandchildren. Djung Trần (Josh Slatko), Betty Trương, Thomas Trương (Lyna Keo), Thái Trần, Jason Trương (Rinna Trường), Michael Trương, Victoria Trương (Ryan Purnell), Aimmee Trường, Thanh Trương (Benjamin Radin), Nicholas Lưu, and Tammy Trương.Her legacy continues in her 9 great grandchildren: Ethan, Micah, Chase, Codie, James, Naomi, Charlie, Lola, and Stella.She will be remembered as a strong-willed woman. Under her tough shell, she was full of compassion and love for her children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. While we will miss her, her stories will live on and we know she is reunited with Grandpa.
